I was skeptical about purchasing a bra from Misses Kisses due to the mixed reviews, but I’m so happy I did it. Unfortunately, I got my measurements wrong at first and ordered two sizes too big. I emailed customer service regarding an exchange and they were very helpful and attentive. They sent me the replacement pads right away, and told me to make sure they fit right before sending back the old ones. Now I have my perfect fit

I feel like this is a great product but is absolutely not suited for everyone which is fine. My biggest issue is you have to pay for return shipping when it doesn’t work out, it cost me almost $20 to send this back. You would think with an intimate accessory there would be more flexibility with that.

I was supposed to get my package today for a wedding tomorrow. The customer service at Misses Kisses did everything they could do ship it ASAP to make sure I would have my bra on time for tomorrow. Today is Friday, which was the delivery date assured by FedEx... I checked the shipping status this morning and it is saying the delivery is delayed to Monday instead, although the package is only 2 hours drive away from me... I am so pissed, considering Misses Kisses managed to ship it from Los Angeles to France and Lyon in a record time, but that these idi*ts at Fedex France are not capable of holding up their end. Anyway, the customer service of Misses Kisses is incredible and I thank you very much for your kindness and for doing your best. I will update this review once I have actually tried the bra, which for sure will not be today :(

This company has wonderful customer service. The product is kind of confusing but they help you in every possible way and always make sure you are happy.
