I’ve got really sensitive skin, and I’m annoyed it took so many irritating products before I found this. This was mostly fine for me. My face got a little red after a few hours, but at least there was no itching or burning, which is more than I can say for a lot of other stuff. I’d buy it again.

I bought this to wear with a backless dress for a wedding, it did what I needed it to do. It stayed hidden the whole time, which was my biggest concern, so that was a relief...
It took me a couple tries to get it positioned right, and it felt a little odd at first. But once I had it on properly, it looked nice. Not totally perfect, but definitely good enough for the night.....

I’d say customer service was solid overall. I had a question about my order and, i wasn’t in a huge rush, so hearing back the next day was fine. Not instant or anything, but not bad either.

The person who replied was friendly and explained what I needed to do in a way that actually made sense, which I always appreciate because some support replies feel like you need to decode them. I did have to send one follow-up though, since my first question wasn’t totally answered, so that was a little annoying but not a big deal.

In the end, they got it sorted out and stayed polite the whole time, so I can’t really complain too much. It wasn’t perfect, mostly just because of the extra back-and-forth, but I still felt like they cared and took care of it. 4 stars from me.

I’ve noticed with stuff like this there’s usually a little trial-and-error pattern: the first try feels off, then you tweak it once or twice and suddenly it makes sense. That was pretty much my experience here. It took me a minute to get the secure hold positioned right, but after that it stayed in place way better than I expected and was actually comfortable. i’m happy with it.
